9. In the server setting window enter the required information like user id , password.
10. Select the account type as POP3.
11. Enter incoming mail server as pop3.live.com and outgoing mail server as smtp.mail.com.
12. Click on the tab Advanced.
13. Enter 995 as incoming mail port number and 587 as outgoing email port number.
14. Select TLS as the encrypted connection.
15. Click OK
16. Then click Finish.
